wildbill72 Posted October 31, 2010 Member ID: 1624 Group: ***- Inactive Clan Members Followers: 22 Topic Count: 56 Topics Per Day: 0.01 Content Count: 669 Content Per Day: 0.13 Reputation: 558 Achievement Points: 5061 Solved Content: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 07/29/10 Status: Offline Last Seen: December 4, 2020 Birthday: 04/01/1972 Share Posted October 31, 2010 Yesterday my pc wouldnt boot up,no POST,black screen,intermittant beeps,nothing so after a few attempts it finally booted but my OS only showed up 1 gig of ram instead of the usual 3 gig.So out came all and proceeded to check them all individually in slot 1 to which i found it would boot with 2 of the sticks and the above happened with the 3rd,so then i tried the 2 good ones together,booted up o.k but still only showing 1 gig in OS and gpuZ,now could this be bad ram or a MB problem?
