And just guess but there might be some copy right isssues with that nas. Its easy to track them with the tracking number provided by whomever. If your west of Ottawa and shipping west. They send it to Ottawa then 2 days later they ship it west ? Seen it twice now. Mine were wiped HD sent as gifts . Never thought of the "repair return " option have to admit might be the ticket .
