That is if you have a slot for it. I have 9 PCI Sound Blaster cards. If you want one PM me your info and I can mail you one for free. You would just need to disable your on board in the bios. Damage_inc- Posted May 28, 2012 Member ID: 2048 Group: ***- Inactive Clan Members Followers: 0 Topic Count: 294 Topics Per Day: 0.06 Content Count: 6689 Content Per Day: 1.36 Reputation: 4709 Achievement Points: 48999 Solved Content: 0 Days Won: 5 Joined: 12/15/10 Status: Offline Last Seen: November 29, 2023 Birthday: 05/30/1967 Device: Windows Author Share Posted May 28, 2012 (edited) I figured this out today after updating driver again.I have no landline .I have magic jack which costs $20.00 dollars for 1 year and it works .But can be annoying if your in-game,because it interrupts and opens a window which also causes a garbled and belated response in answering the phone.Hey its not perfect but it cut that bill from 20-40bucks per month to 20 bucks for the year.So I found a program that makes the program into a windows background service which stops all the weird glitches and its a free program that works .The problem was the volume control in the magic jack settings being reset whenever I tried to update the program or audio drivers.. sry hope this helps someone make sure in settings its changed from mic to phone and max out volume control there.
