word of wisdom:   liquid cooling is expense and not needed. If you look at the measurements on most large and well designed heat sinks.. they cool just as well.

I don't think that kind of failure frequency is normal. I have two Corsair H and they are both over two years now and still running great. A decent heatsink and fan is a great choice like Thermal Frio.

swiftech...had mine for four years now

http://www.swiftech.com/mcp655.aspx,,,,,it will pump 12ft. high,,,1200 litres p/h,you can get the one with adjustable speed which i have.....or the other one without speed adjustment for 10 bucks cheaper....i highly recomend this pump.....all reviews are great...check it out,,,,you have to get a rez and tubing though and maybe a cpu water block...which i have the koolance one     http://koolance.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=29_148_44

along with some good thick tubing you should never have to buy any thing ever again

I see for failure is due to not enough fluid in system

your case is made to hang rad off the rear by long 6-32 screws, nuts

and spacers that will give clearance to rear connections

and move res to the top of 5.25 bay

the red lower fan have it blowing into case

and add 2 fans where rad was on top, any fans in front of case ?

any pic of the pump ?

also i see cable ties on your tubing ......not a good idea..there might be a wear factor there as well...you have really good cable management..and really shouldn't put cable ties there as they aren't needed, and myself i would as well hang my rad off of the back of the case with an adapter made for that reason....that way if a leak came from the rad...it wouldn't fall straight down on to your gpu...that would be a huge mess..i know its a pain in the azz to reconfigure a cooling setup..but sometimes it's neccessary...my rad is in the front of my case...it's a good thick Fesser rad with dual fans...my cpu never gets over 36 celsius....even under heavy load...average is 32 to 34....as well they say you should flush out your system once in a while to avoid buildups in the flow channels...myself i've never done it as i have a really good cooling liquid with additives and anti corrosives.....Fesser green...good coolant but it was pricey...good luck bro let us know how you make out....i know you have a closed loop system and i considered getting one too as they were a quarter of what i paid for mine...then i read some reviews and found a lot of those closed non maintanance systems have the same problem...leaks,,,my pump has a five year warranty ...so far so good
