I'm gonna be looking to post 720-1080p on youtube probably. Shadowplay from Nvidia (if you have the card) should do okay, but for my build it drops my fps to 30. Open Broadcast Software (OBS) is good and I used it to stream raids when I played WoW. This will go to your twitch account/stream and doesn't use too much bandwidth (if I remember correctly). Never have a problem with Fraps. However there is a new one, I have to find, that auto uploads to youtube. does Twitch auto upload?

I know with OBS you have to stream to twitch and then manually edit the video and upload it from there. It usually takes about 5-15 minutes. I only have the gtx 670. I may play around with a few. I don't want to use something that will use up bandwidth, b/c my ISP sucks and is probably my weak link. That sucks man. I have a GTX 680 and Shadowplay kills my FPS. Also shadowplay will save to your HDD.

That's what I've been trying, with no success. I've had it work in the past (about a year or more ago), and for some reason, it no longer works. The issue comes scanning the file to compress. I've watched multiple videos on how to do it. I use all of the same settings. I've been on the handbrake forums, searched to no avail. Anyone know of any good free compression/transcoder software that I could use other than handbrake? Thanks for all of the help so far by the way. I really don't want to have to go to Fraps cause it hits your frames a lot harder than dxtory. I also don't want to try obs, b/c I don't think my connection could handle it. I have shit local connection. I've called my ISP, i am just physically in a bad location. I'm basically at the end of a cable line, as far from their nearest hub as I could be. NEVERMIND! Bandicam is pretty good for recording, You can just look up a key generator for it to get rid of the 10min limit and watermark. I need to get handbreak so I can use Adobe premiere pro.
