Donation station? (DNS FTB)

Im unsure if we had something like this in Yogs, but pritty sure i saw something like it. A place where players can give away items for someone that might be in need of it.

EX: Someone is maybe useing thaumcraft and i happen to have a lot of that taking room in my base, but im not planing on use it. so insteed of asking people over and over if someone want it (Sens there is no way rly that we can have shops on the server) that there is a place in spawn where i can throw thous items, and someone that needs them can just take it.

I was thinking, sens in a way, ME systems are more flexible now with terminals and such, that we just put up a ME terminal somewhere in spawn (Like the rechare station for jetpacks) and people can throw in and take out whatever they like. Im unsure with the space requierment for it, i know there is something called creativ drive or something like that, but i dont know if it gives unlimited with space or what it dose. in that case you could always put 1-4 drives with storage cells (If it dosent harm the server).

Like he said simply make an ae system at spawn that people throw stuff into.

I heard that the donation thingy is being griefd? How is this possible? what is happening to it? Kinda curious if there is a way to fix it
