There was the Russian Tu-160 Bomber, forget its name on there flying really low, but has been removed. Cad West in Northern Wales (called the Mach Loop with Cad East and other valleys) is a hot spot for low level flying, as many major European and USA forces use it for air training, due to big mountains / hills and ease of access. I was on the Nimitz and they gave us an airshow once. They had and F-18 do asupersonic pass at about 300 feet (not as cool as your video), but you can confirm for everyone else that thos sonic booms shook the entire ship! Coolest thing I ever felt.
