My intent was to make YouTube videos of my adventure as I went, but so far I've only published two. If you don't mind watching and liking them, yes, even if you think they suck that would be awesome. My Facebook business page that I would use to promote the videos got jacked and now says I'm a moderator and can't post which means I can't run ads. Anyhow, here's he links to my second video. Growing up my parents had rentals and my childhood was spent working on them when renters moved out. I've seen some crazy shit. But I learned how to do construction and repairs and I am very grateful for that. I was using a circular saw, drills and other power tools at age 9. And throughout my life I did everything on our personal homes myself and with help of my kids. But I refused to get into the rental business. Too many headaches !!! Now flipping a property is fine.
