have a machinist make one out of stainless steel 416R material  will fix the barrle,  great wearability and rain proof too 

just have it a little more meat on the barrle will help with the over charged casings and raise the rear sight craddle for the bigger Dia of barrle  in picture looks if is about .250 thick for the outside fluting of barrle weakend it best make it fin like with round cutter tip  not a long grove more cooling and strenght of barrle.
