Slathered in Olive oil, coated in sea salt.

Baked at 425°F until an internal temperature of 210°F, for a deliciously crisp skin & a perfectly fluffy interior.

Butter & sour cream for one, salsa con queso for the other. 

I also bake my potatoes when making mashed potatoes; a much better texture & consistency without the undesirable water from boiling.
