A sister of a friend dropped by to see me for I don't remember what and she was married and the cono turned to how well we know people we are around every day. So to prove the point I told her she really didn't know me and she said oh yes I do! I proceeded to tell her I was divorced with 3 kids back in Colorado and moved there to get a new start. I never bat an eye (something I learned from my siblings) when she said thats not true because she would know that . I told her yes it was true with the most serious look I could muster her tone began to change and she asked me some questions and I answered them all and then she said the word that made me bust a gut. Huffington Post reports this! According to a recently published study, one of the reasons men perform oral sex on female partners may be to minimize the risk of infidelity. The study, published late last month in the Journal of Evolutionary Psychology,sought to discover why men perform oral sex on women, since the act does not lead directly to reproduction. After surveying 243 adult men in heterosexual relationships, the researchers deduced that cunnilingus is used to discourage women from cheating, a theory the authors refer to as a "mate-retention strategy." The research suggests that men perform oral sex on their female partners in order "to minimize the risk of their partner’s infidelity by increasing her relationship satisfaction." The study has garnered some negative reactions across the web: An article on The Gloss wondered why the researchers aren't "questioning the evolutionary advantage of oral sex for men? Isn’t that purposeless, too?" And Handbag.com writer Kate Gilbert pointed out that perhaps men perform oral sex because it's pleasurable: "Sorry science guys -- sometimes things are just meant for fun."

I can get into other ace mods but not ours! I am really shocked as this has never happened before! I did another speed test and while my ping was the same the speed was a little less that last week but not enough to really notice!

I can't get in there on any map! the redirect has got me all fucked up! I guess you can tell I am really frustrated!!! What is amazing is even the DM waw server ping is high! But at least I can play there!

I was just trying to join the ace-mod and the dumb map in there now for some stupid reason I can't get it without waiting over an hour. I deleted it and still the same thing. But that is another story what I really am posting about is has the pings on the ace-mod really jumped that high since all this modding has taken place. I was running at about 80-85 ping before and now its about 119 and something sounds so wrong with that as just a few days ago I tested my ping here and it was very fast. Can anyone tell me what may be the reason why? I know its been very laggy since but others say yes it is and no nit isnt. Just trying to bring it to the powers that be attention!

after spending about an hour with Hxtr he has convinced me it's way too much crap in the background as you said Damage. I looked and OMG there are tons of things there and he told me soon he will help me get rid of or turn muchos of those suckers off!

My mb is only about 1 yr old and my cpu is only about 3 months old. My video card is about 1 yr old. My memory is the same my cpu. the temperatures range from 18 degrees Celsius to 36 degrees when it's sitting still! My hard drive is about 1-1/2 yrs old its a 2 tb!

I have the side off and a large fan blowing on it and it still does it periodically!

Everything seems to be okay but every once in a while it really gets hot to the point my games get real kind of like it's glitching or laggy which makes me think I have a LAN card problem. Lately I have been noticing it and before everything was totally fine. I have cable and the highest speed they have so that's not the problem so I wanna know what you guys think! I think its so bad sometimes it cuts me off the internet too. I have called Comcast and they tell me the modem shows a strong signal. I think the LAN card is all that's left! Now to your opines!!!

Janey as I sat here reading this thread I was moved by the the feeling you are reaching out to the clan. I for one knows what that means and how it feels. I live in a state of permanent depression and even on the best of days and times it's a struggle to keep the smile Johnny is talking about. I am way to sensitive but when I am having an issue with anxiety I can't seem to be able to control the urge to protect myself. I know the feeling of feeling rejected by my family as you are experiencing now. I was on the street for almost a year-and-a-half. I was blessed to find some wonderful friends who stepped up and helped me get through it. Last year my grand-baby turned one and because of the misunderstanding I was not included at her party, but this year I will be there come hell or high water. I am now in my own place and doing as fine as I can reasonably expect and yes I still have my issues but now am on my feet regardless and am happy. The reason I have told you this is my brother who went through the same thing told me, "You will feel it will never end, but THIS TOO SHALL PASS." Janey remember today is not tomorrow and will never be so don't borrow from tomorrows misery as today has enough of its own. If you ever need an ear to listen I am always on TS somewhere there!

What a very proud moment in the further developing role as a parent to see their once lil bundle of joy growing into a beautiful human being with respect and dignity for all those that deserve it. I know the feeling of now my job is done and it's up to them. It's when they make mistakes that break your heart that makes them either grow or get their ass kicked. My youngest is 28 with my only grandchild but he took the long road to get there and now he lives with me. Your job as a parent doesn't end when they graduate or start their own lives but it does take on a more friendship type role. Congratulations on a job well done and get ready for the real ride now.
