I have had a weight problem since I was a 2nd grader when I apparently was the only kid that liked and ate the schools food. Lol! I have been on every kind of diet you can imagine and had a lot of success with some of them. The problem is almost every one of them have side effects. You may not notice them right at first but they are there. I went on the fat free diet and lost 75# but as soon as the holidays came around and we was making the rounds of dinners and parties that was out the window. I also tried the Adkins diet and lost almost 70# on it, but then came the holidays lol. There is something about holidays and food for me. I also counted calories but didnt have near the success on that one and got discouraged. I have come to decide that for me if I eat healthy and exercise as much as my knees allow me and if I am happy then I am doing good. I found out that my depression has all my life would spike me into binges when I wasn't feeling good about myself so to me your mental happiness counts huge into this quest of the weight revolving door most of us go through! Just be happy and most of the battle is won!

After reading this I appreciate even more what our admins do on these servers! This is a few years old but still definitive and informative as hacks will always basically do the same as they have always done just more sophisticated! I have tried for years to define what exactly was defined but never thought of looking here! Enjoy and please respond! It seems I have a friend who got all bent out of shape because I deleted a post from my timeline because I disagreed with it. He was so bent out of shape he told me he was going to have to remove me from his friends list. It's interesting to note that the government of this country loves to go to war whether it be Viet Nam or Irag or Afghanistan or a drug war. It's also interesting to note that the government has no intention of actually winning any of these wars. If they did they would win sure and swiftly as we have the technology too. It's all about the money and that includes both parties and all involved. This is what pot has been for the war czars of the government a cash cow to fund other part of the so-called war. They have no intention to win as if they did it would be over in a matter of just weeks not yrs! I think they have no just reason to not remove it from the list of drugs they target other than it feeds the cash flow! They are not interested in protecting the citizens but their livelihoods! I have always wanted to be a digital forensics examiner! I kind of like the idea pulling out info and evidence from someones pc or whatever they think no one has any way of finding. I also like to think that I can strike a blow at scammers and crooks through the science of digital forensics. I know it sounds glorified but in truth its a very important job in these days of hi-tech! What is your dream job?

Hey Buddy I for one know what you have dealt with and have my heart open to you. The road back in't easy if it was then we wouldn't call it a journey. My brother kept telling me some day you will see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I kept asking when? Well that "someday" he was referring to finally came and then so did the end of the tunnel. You need to be involved with this website and with the people here aqs they are your friends and friends are the best support. It is so good to have you back with us and interacting here we have missed you terribly! Keep coming by and eventually you will be back to where you need to be!

It was Saturday morning as Jake, an avid hunter, woke up raring to go bag the first deer of the season. He walks down to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee, and is surprised to find his wife, Alice, sitting there, fully dressed in camouflage. Jake asks her, "What are you up to?" Alice smiles, "I'm going hunting with you!" Jake has many reservations, since Alice has never set foot in the woods, but reluctantly decides to take her along. Three hours later they arrive at their hunting area. Jake sets his wife safely up in the treestand and tells her,"If you see a deer, take careful aim on it and I'll come running back as soon as I hear the shot." Jake walks away with a smile on his face, thinking Alice couldn't bag an elephant, much less a deer. Not ten minutes pass when he is startled to hear an array of gunshots. Quickly, Jake starts running back. As he gets closer to her stand, he hears Alice screaming, "Get the hell away from my deer!" Confused and frightened, Jake races faster towards his screaming wife. And again he hears her yell, "Get the hell away from my deer!", followed by another volley of gunfire. Now within sight of where he had left his wife, Jake is surprised to see a game warden with his hands high in the air. The game warden, obviously distraught, yells, "Okay, lady! You can have your deer! Just let me get my saddle off it!"
