First off, I am or will be okay. I had a terrible accident today, but I am doing better now. I decided to go horseback riding, which I haven't done in a long while, I'm not young you know. Well, I got on the horse and started out slow, and then we went a little faster, and then we were going as fast as the horse could go. All of a sudden I fell off and caught my foot in the stirrup and the horse was dragging me around in a circle. Round and around, round and around. Whoa, whoa, but no, It just wouldn't stop, it just kept going around and around. Thank goodness the store manager at K-Mart came out and unplugged the carousel. How many of you actually read what I wrote? If you did, copy and paste for someone else to get a good laugh.

This is what a friends of mine posted he did yesterday! Truck Shopping I stopped by the Ford Dealership yesterday, for a look at the new F-150 aluminum pickup. Just for fun, I took it out for a test drive. I wanted to sense that new truck "feel" before they become old. The salesperson (a nice looking, black lady wearing a “Hillary for President” lapel pin) sat in the passenger seat next to me, describing the truck and all its "wonderful" options. The seats were of particular interest. She explained that the seats directed warm air to your butt in the winter and directed cool air to your butt in the summer. Feeling like messing with her, I mentioned that this must be a Republican truck. Looking a bit angry, she asked why I thought it was a Republican truck. I explained that if it were a Hillary truck, the seats would just blow smoke up your Butt year-round. I had to walk back to the dealership. She had no sense of humor

I am just an old fart that can be very annoying specifically when I write things and stir up lots of trouble. I been on disability for about 4 yrs now and my stress level is almost nonexistant. I was forced to retire from a steel company where I worked on the sales desk for about 20yrs. I was promoted to branch manager twice then I had a nervous breakdawn and can no longer handle stress of any kind! This is where I have too much time on my hands so I became an old annoying IDIOT! Just because I can!

My point was LCB and I know you are cognate but lack of sleep is a big sign of some sort of dysfunction and if not treated can become permanent such as what happened to me! I care about you man!

You need to see a Dr about depression or some kind of anxiety dysfunction and see if they can help you with the sleep!

My advice is you get more your buck with the Frontier but we all know the Frontier is about gone and Tacoma while a beautiful city is only where it is and nowhere else! Hope that helps!

LCB my heart is bleeding for you bro! I feel so helpless to say anything that would ease your pain. I thought I had dealt with some bad things but my ex wanted to leave and I let her tho it almost killed me. Your beautiful wife should have been let stay by your side. I had anger issues but I never really did have to deal with the grief experience thro it all. I feel so guilty because you loved her and are missing her and I just wanted mine to just get out. I don't know if you're a praying man but I will pray for you to receive the much needed comfort you so need! My sincerest condolences and my prayers are going up for you and the family!
