  1. I had a couple big marine tanks years ago but a storm knocked out our power for a couple days and thousands of dollars of fish literally had to be flushed. Never again.
  2. So what are you waiting for? Get that fucker loaded up dawg. And I like the pistol, we need a pistol map. Would be cool on TDM and DM.
  3. I never had any trouble on Valley Summer or any other map reaching a target with my sniper rifle set to long range. You'd be surprised how many members don't know how to do that.
  4. I use a Microsoft Trackball Explorer that they stopped making in the late 90's. I have three of them and when one wears out I send it to a guy that rebuilds them for about $50. When a new one still in the box shows up on eBay they sell for nearly $200 because they're so popular. All of my movement while gaming is controlled by my two middle fingers and everything else with a thumb button. I simply can't play with a regular mouse, too fucking akward. I've often though about buying the trademark rights to the discontinued mouse because it still has quite a following among graphic programmers.
  5. Is there any way to use maps from other games on COD2. I've never played freeze tag and zombies sound like fun to kill.
  6. I like city under seige but I'm not wild about the container map. It doesn't have to be a crossing map to make a great sniper map. One of my favorites has always been Valley Summer. It's big and makes a great sniper map. That's the one with the big bridge in the middle.
  7. Happy birthday Loader. Now get your ass back to COD2 so we can kill you.
  8. Looks great dawgy. About time you got off your ass and got back into cod2 again. We all miss killin ya.
  9. If I didn't know better, I'd say you were trying to tell us something Pete. Personally I don't swing that way, but to each his own.
  10. It would be nice if we could get the new weapons on those maps. The old shotties suck compared to the new ones, at least for those of us who are aiming and reloading challenged.
  11. Isn't Spanky's real name Jason Russell and he's in San Diego, right?
  12. If you're the new world order I think it's about time for a coup. I'll be happy to lead the charge to drive evil from our servers.
  13. I've always been a single player type person and it took my son about 2 years to finally convince me to play online against other people. This is literally the only game I have ever played online. When his friends would come over and play against me on COD, I always beat the hell out of them. They always were complaining about being beaten by an old man, so I created the handle for the kids I play against so they know some old fucker is kicking their ass. It still works, especially when I kick Spanky's ass and he starts crying.
  14. Just to clarify, the admin Pete is talking about isn't Element.
  15. Is there a button at the top of your window that says "Compatibility Files"? If so click it and you'll see all of the hidden files.
  16. Love the new web site and XLR stats. Just one small suggestion if possible. The drop-down menu for the different games on the stats page is some kind of fancy caligraphy font and I'll be damned if I can read half of the game titles. Any chance that the font can be changed to something readable?
  17. That looks photoshopped. For a really big gun Google "Punt Gun".
  18. Hope you have a great one Van.
  19. Thanks for the clarification and the great work guys.
  20. PHUCKITMAN To clarify what Bart is saying is that we felt since so many really good maps are not perfect that if as stated the person could be killed while using a glitch within the confines of the map would be acceptable but frowned on behavior. The reason for this was in the DM mode everyone would say hey asswipe get the fuck out of the box and keep killing the dipstick. However on the TDM server these glitches in a map provide some issues but those issues exist for both teams so if someone is using a spot my advice would be to camp that spot and protect your team for it's use and abuse. This is no different then on the Castle map with the mine field and rocks near the Tower.if you go so far your "still on the map" but obviously outside the intended area because if you a bit farther following the same path you fall under the map which is the area in Little Old Mans video. Since there are so few really good maps and a clamoring for fresh map rotations we have been forced to allow some maps to remain because the Majority of people who play here are good sports and don't glitch. We may need to consider removing both of these maps especially from the TDM because of the spawn point advantage they can create that sometimes can't be overcome by killing an offender because their respawn isn't based on ypur location like the DM server but the re-spawn is based on their teammates location..We take everyone's thoughts and ideas into account with regards to how we enforce the standards of fair play so any suggestions would be welcome and considered and all the admin team are so grateful for the diehard and dedicated COD2 players we have playing with us every day. Just so I understand you Pman, in my video it would be ok to camp that glitch and use it, or is it frowned upon? Honestly a little trick I use in TDM that few others do is use smoke bombs. If you have a guy in a glitch or camped anyplace that isn't easy to get to, keeping the area smoked out kind of renders their little spot useless (for at least a minute per bomb) if they can't see the enemy.
  21. I'm always in favor of changing the maps now and then but I doubt it will do much to fix the problem. Damn near every map has some kind of glitch and these guys know where they are and how to use them. A couple of the regular non-member players frequently use map exploits to win rounds. Today I was watching one of our regulars blatantly use a glitch to kill people one after another and he was off the map out of site from the other players. When he ignored numerous requests to leave the glitch and when I couldn't find an admin, I just recorded it on xfire (in case anybody is interested in watching, it's the only video I have right now).
  22. Joe Canadian These are a couple screen shots I took on January 30. Unfortunately they do not show Old Man massacring Spanky because, as Old man says, the server crashed . There must be a serious problem with the server anyway, I've got more deaths than kills, WTF?:-) crashed :-) Those are DM stats and I rarely play there lately. Too bad you didn't take a screen shot of TDM. Spanky knows the truth, he just won't admit it.
  23. I killed Spanky so many times it crashed the ultra stats server. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  24. I had the same problem on a hotmail account. What I learned was that you can easily stop it by changing your password, and once you've done that run a full scan to clear out any residual files. You probably downloaded the virus when you received one of the emails that you're now sending out, and "inadvertantly" clicked on the link in the spam which automatically downloads a trojan into your account. The links are just a scam and from what I hear don't actually lead to a sales site for Viagra, they're just a means of embedding the trojan into your PC.
  25. I normally run Norton but it can be a resource whore when I'm playing. Last year I caught a bug that Norton wouldn't fix and downloaded a freeware from IOBIT called Advanced System Care. So far it's killed several viruses that Norton let slip by. I upgraded to the paid version and it's a great program for keeping your system clean and running at peak performance. It even has a game boost mode that shuts down non-vital programs while you're gaming, and it keeps your registry cleaned up as well.
