Been having a lot of problems here in Northern California as well. Lots of lag and CI's on XI servers, and unable to connect to other game servers. I have several servers loaded on my HLSW and about half won't connect at all.

So we had this guy in COD2 DM this morning being a dick. He wasn't trying to play and just shooting at walls and running around not doing anything. Ruining the score for whatever team he was on. So then he starts hitting the taunts over and over again and I tell him to cut it out. Hey said why, and I said because it's fucking annoying as hell. He said, "so you can swear on this server" and I said yes. They he started typing various cuss words and I said yes to all. Then he finally typed, "Can you say Ni*****er". The system immediately banned him and I started laughing non-stop. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
