I agree with what LOM said. To add to his post, accusing us of not doing our job is offensive. Catching hackers isn't always black and white as people seem to think. Admins dont always communicate, but we do the best we can do. We cwnt watch everyone all the time which is why ask players to watch people too. While I can't speak to your video since I haven't seen it, xfire videos tend to be of poor quality so a cheat may not always be obvious. Just because people are accused of hacking doesn't always mean they cheat. Some are just better players. I've had plenty of players ask me to watch videos and I don't see anything. Doesnt mean you should stop watching for hackers . If an admin doesnt agree with your accusation, don't get your panties in a wad. There are plenty of players the admins think are cheating, but we need definitive proof. If you don'agree with an admin's opinion, try another admin. Dont come on here and accuse us of incompetence.

a demo in COD4 is the best quality video to get. To record a demo, open the console (~) and type /record and press enter this will record whatever you see on your screen at the time. if you want to name the demo, put a space after record and whatever name you want, such as /record mule to stop recording, type /stoprecord and press enter to find your demo, go here: C -> Users ->Your name-> App Data -> Local -> Virtual Store -> Program Files -> Activision -> Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare -> main -> demos -> near the end, the location may vary, but the game folder will be in this general location. if you are in a modded server, find the mod folder in this location for the server you were on. if you want to watch your demo, open COD4, load the mod you recorded it in, open the console, and type /demo (and whatever it is named) such as /demo mule
