Thanks for the advice but the problem with that is the provider is thru Walmart and most of the people who I would have to deal with worked at McDonald's the day before lmao ..... I've been on Straight talks website talking to them and got 2 different answers , one answer was the towers were having issues and that the problem would be fixed by 6pm that night and I thought that sounded like a load of BS and it was because 2 days have passed and I still have the same issue , the second answer was my sim card is not working and I need a new one , that sounds more logical to me and i'm going to do that today ....

Ok I'm hoping someone can help me with this , I have a Motorola G7 Play and my provider is Straight talk which runs off from Verizon towers , A couple days ago Motorola did some sort of update and everything is working perfectly except I can't make or receive a call thru the network .... I can however make a call thru Facebook messenger , I can receive texts and emails , So this tells me that it's some setting that got screwed up but I however do not have a clue as to how to fix it ... any ideas ???? I feel your pain Monkie , I also lost my mother at the end of June , It's so hard and I too am struggling... I called my Mom everyday on my way home from work and now I cry everyday on my way home , Life will never be the same without her ...
