Here we have two players with a legitimate complaint about someone acting like an asshole and they are told to grow a pair?
We have a section of the admin manual that addresses just this situation:
XI does not tolerate disrespect by members or guests, and insists on good sportsmanship
If we banned everyone who disrespected someone in some way, we would have few players left on our servers. This rule intends to get rid of players who are a constant and continued disruptive influence on our servers, so-called assholes, whose behaviour, over time, takes the fun out of the game and drives others away - perhaps because they are constantly rude to players they do not know, or are constantly running their mouths, etc. As with other rules, your discretion is the determining factor. If you receive complaints about a particular player being a constant nuisance on our servers, you should observe that player and satisfy yourself as to whether the complaints are justified BEFORE you act. Then, warn, kick and ban as necessary - let them come to the forums to explain themselves.
It doesn't matter if the person disrupting the game and taking the fun out of it for others is a member. And it shouldn't matter if the folks complaining about an asshole are not members. The problem should be dealt with.
No one wants to put up with this kind of crap and they shouldn't have to.
