Sounds like an IO issue, your disk has loaded the map files in RAM and there might be some buffered file data that your drive is finishing up reading. Mouse or Keyboard lag can happen if your processor is pegged. Do you have a really large video file, say 27GB, try loading that in your video player and see if you experience similar behavior.

@Gatorgirl did you edit your post or am I seeing things.. Well, I am playing with a 9 yr old graphics card, with frequent CIs. @Sharpe is screwing around knifing people. @Uranium is almost never serious these days. It's not like we will be playing competitively, maybe a little bit :d. There are far better players now and quite a few have learned to be better. -

Hey, I do what I want... well I used to, anyway, you're not boss of me.. nanananana nananana nana @Gatorgirl, I think there is a difference in how we see this. I don't see people actively planning and forming teams here and then posting their teams in the other thread. Therefore, my comment on perhaps people private messaging. And yes you're right, I did not acknowledge that the other thread is for finalized teams only. So far there are only 2 teams that have been formed.

It's a free country... I can spell however I want (torneee torneee torneee). Where there is a will, there is a way. My old HD 4870 works, it may be slow and I get screen lag but I can learn to be a camper.

I think 4 man/woman teams are good... 5 rounds 2 minutes each with 30 seconds overtime. Ok let's build teams now. Team - Tourny Winners - iBoomBoom - @Roxy! - Sharpe - @Uranium Team - Score Pads 1 - Yaccster - @chomama - WildPenguin - Loco Team - Score Pads 2 - Bogleg .... etc etc

Some times when you're downloading a map, or the game has just started you will see higher latency. /disconnect and then /reconnect should remedy that. -

Ok so the other day jumper was not wearing a helmet (aka body armor). He's a pussy but I don't think that big a pussy. Right @jumper? I got a headshot marker on him while he was behind a wall and I shot his beady little popping head.

I use cordless mouse and keyboard... I don't care if there is lag. I am not that serious of a gamer, I only play FreezeTag. I use the Logitech G700 paired with a Logitech Wireless Keyboard (K800). I used to use the Logitech trackball wireless mouse M570, but now the left click doesn't register a click sometimes or just gets stuck.
