    In high school i taught myself programming languages and used to do freelance web and system application development. Founded a software services company but then on persuasion of my parents I focused on college and had to dissolve my business. I am a computer engineer by schooling and specialize in embedded systems software and have been working in the Wireless communication industry (WiFi). I Have worked for different markets, wireless ISP, aviation sat com and inflight systems. Lately I work for a chip maker, if you have heard the term Snapdragon, well then you would know.

    I think forcing a weapon upon players or limiting the choices won't be very popular. For example, I could say let's make it tube only or SMAW only. Anyhow, my point is a 10 second UAV is minimally forcing though which is what makes it interesting and fair at the same time.

    - Yes, I am speaking of the icon on the top left. It does not update correctly, quite often teams draw or win/lose because it is not reflecting the actual number of players left alive. - I think one sweep of forced UAV at the beginning of Overtime would be good enough. Everyone gets to see where everyone is and then they can make the best use of their memory.

    This might be unfair, specially when you take wall spamming in to consideration. If ending the rounds quicker is the goal, lets make the regular rounds shorter and say 3 minute. I may have missed the topic, but we have another issue. In Overtime, the scoreboard shows more players than are actually alive. We have often ended up in draw or lost the round because the scoreboard showed more people alive then were actually alive.

    @@dadda2 that's external AC power, your power supply converts it to DC. The internal components work on DC power and that voltage is different than what you are worried about.

    I had a creative X-Fi but with a higher SNR the new one is onboard my mobo but with a lower SNR and better equalization in surround sound. When people walk behind me I know exactly where they are even if behind a wall. I never experienced that before and always thought it was BS when people said so.

    There is a sound effect played when someone is defrosted. I recently got a new sound card and now I can hear things I couldnt before, haven't heard the breath sound yet.

    But shipment has containers and other foliage. This would be like overtime, on a Line Of Sight spawn and shoot map. It will be chaos, and each round over in less than 2 minutes. I think I should get in to map making and make some crazy fun maps.

    Lets make a map which is just two sides on a flat surface. Everyone spawns and starts shooting the the other side. Woah! That would be an awesome map, of utter chaos.

    I have a WD Black Performance 4TB and I get 200MB/sec seq write rates on large files. SSDs are low on power but the value isn't really there yet for the high performance, high capacity SSDs. If you're on a budget, WD Black Pro is better than its Seagate rival. My 5 year old 1.5TB seagate died on me when I tried to load Adobe from it. I have a 10 year old 200GB Maxtor and its still rocking, I am just amazed.
