The flak jacket is as the name suggests for flak, therefore it's effective against tubes and surprisingly against RPG and smaw s as well. For the cars it's Hardwired. It's the third perk.

If you have hardwired your RCXD has hardwired and EMP nade only slows you down. Any other perk and it will kill your RCXD @@J3st3rXI The EMP betty disables RCXD regardless of which perk you use.

Wasn't it because you went on a sabbatical to find @g-spot and then you returned to @@google after I presume you didn't find any thing? I am just thinking out loud here... RC cars have been part of XI's MW2 Ftag mod ever since I started playing here, over 3 years I think. The mod wasn't as well developed and refined back then as it is now. So please.... don't give me the I don't play because RC cars are scary. You just can't handle the boom, the I BOOM BOOM.

Ok lets check it out tonight. I have noticed if I toss EMP and I don't see a +60 I don't get credit. Often times I throw EMP but someone is already defrosting the guy so I either don't get any credit or just a few points on my score.
