  1. Ah you are all good so, I was thinking that it may of been an older CPU that could cause bottleneck with your 1650. Your i5 6400 would have no issue with that card ?
  2. Something worries me about the second picture. The motherboard seems to be quite old judging by the colour of it. The 1650 is a new enough card Can you confirm what your CPU is?
  3. Jeez you have seem to run into all sorts of problems as of late ? In regards to ransomware, it never happened to me before but its always good to have a copy of linux on disc laying around. Just run the disc on live mode without installing it, grab all your files from your HDD and your good.
  4. Sorry didn't realise you have a 1060 too, I am using an FX-8350 for CPU so we might have a common ground I am currently on the 442.74 geforce driver with no issues. I only update GPU drivers unless it supports a new game I own.
  5. Strangely enough that made me thing of BSOD's I was getting regularly on Win 7/8 and it was 2/3 different other ones. The one I can remember of by heart was Atikmpag.Sys which was AMD GPU driver issues. This was happening on R9 270X and R9 290X. I got a 1060 a few months back and haven't seen it since. I don't know it got me thinking about it since your post
  6. I have the G502 Hero, I can confirm its a solid mouse, syncs well with my G633 headset with G Hub. Moved from a Razer deathadder, I would never touch a Razer mouse again. The constant online requirement and product registration from Razer is seriously over the top. Thing about the G502 Hero it has something like a max of 16,000 DPI and it has weights. I am using it default and running 1550 DPI and its spot on. Never considered changing the weights, never had the need to
  7. We had the same sort of ban appeal a few weeks ago which can be seen below You are not banned you are just blocked from joining due to your VAC ban
  8. You already made a ban appeal back in August 2018. Linked below The decision will remain the same
  9. Fed up with seeing all this "How Canada is great compared to the US" etc Meanwhile a quick search on google: I'm sure it will be even higher due to covid. I am not gonna respond more but fuck sake this topic has gone from covid to how good country's are. That should put the nail in the coffin
  10. Sorry for late reply. I haven't been active all week Yes it's an auto kick plugin for people with VAC bans. You are not banned from our servers you are prevented from joining. There is no option to whitelist anyone from it, we have been running the plugin for 2/3+ years. It just an extra layer of security from potential hackers. Yes your ban may have been over 4 years ago and you more than likely haven't done anything since that ban but the plugin doesn't allow us to allow you in, or else we will have to let everyone in Sorry about that ?
  11. You are not appearing on our ban database, so it must of been a vote ban by players in game. Unfortunately since those "bans" they are through console they are out of our control. Those bans temp ban you for like 30mins-2hrs. You can name the player who was harassing you in the server and we can look into it. In the meantime since your gone from server #1 we have server #2 also populated at the moment that you can join. Your temp ban wont be crossed over onto that server
  12. I mean you cant go wrong with the following below, instead of installing 3 or 4 different plugins
  13. I take it you had windows updates disabled so system restore was not an option at the time? I used Waterfox like 3/4 years ago when it was one of the only x64 browsers at the time, secure or not it has many flaws and turned out to be slower. I mean like the latest Firefox has built in adblock, trackers and such. If you want to make it extra secure just install noscript etc I thought Waterfox was dead, Chromium was picking up last time I heard
  14. I had a same sort issue in the past on W7 quite similar but worse, everything would not respond or say it didnt exist. After multiple restarts and troubleshooting the same continued. I was convinced it was corrupt Backed up everything, reinstalled W7 on the same HDD and got back to normal. I'm still using the same W7 now, not an issue since
  15. Edit** I didn't realise he was only talking about mic's. I presumed headsets in general my bad ?
  16. I had a similar issue in the past, problem was I had the app installed on 2 devices. It would only work on the first phone that the app was installed. I got it fixed in the end, don't know if i contacted steam or not :/ If it prompts you do enter code and its correct make sure to click on "remember password" and you don't have to enter the code again
  17. Fuck only seeing this now man, sorry for your loss ?
  18. I got a 30 dollar cheque in the post this morning from the lawsuit ? Anyone else get their cheques?
  19. New PSU arrived earlier its up and running, no audio latency so far. The levels are down with the DPC Audio Latency Checker https://www.thesycon.de/eng/latency_check.shtml There is the link for the program. It's definitely a troubleshooting program worth looking into for PSU problems Latency now compared to earlier
  20. DPS Audio is the best I have come across. I have been using it past 2 years or so, I can only tell you's to try it out to test it Either try the free trial or hit me up for a copy if you want
  21. Yeah I came to a conclusion last night that it has to be the PSU causing the issues. Even when all the latency and audio stutters happen even mouse movement goes as bad a slow mo and typing struggles to keep up. The PSU was basically the only same component used on the 2 builds. I just ordered a modular 750w PSU there for 100 euro, if that doesn't work then I dont know, the PC is cursed then ?
  22. Thanks for the response but unfortunately that doesn't have anything to do with my audio static I moved from a CPU fan cooler with my Intel to a liquid cooled for the AMD Current spec: CPU: AMD-8350 Mobo: Asus AMD 760G Micro ATX RAM: 12GB GPU: Asus Geforce 1060 6GB HDD: 1x 256 SSD , 1x 1TB BW Black , 1x Hitatchi 500gb PSU: 700w Coolermaster B700 Note my past build CPU: i5-3470s RAM: 8GB GPU: R9 290X Rest the same This was tried on W7/8.1/10. Only my PC the last few years is causing me problems with this latency. (I/O Plate has been replaced a number of times also) Also a new case in between those 2 builds, went from a Zalman Z11 plus (worst case ever) to a simple ITX Corsair case. *Note when all this static happens also , my download speed goes down also. It has to be some electrostatic shit going on or something
  23. I have had this issue for the past year or more. If my PC does be on a good 5+ hours then I do experience audio crackling whilst things are downloading or even certain websites when you refresh. A reboot and it goes back to normal for a few hours but it goes back to its usual tricks then This is my second build with this issue - Switched from Intel to a AMD build. On the AMD build I still had the same issue, I began testing out a USB sound card and same thing happened. I then bought a pci network card to see if it would help since most of it seems to be whilst internet is running - but nope same thing Yes I did all the usual things such as disabling drivers through trial and error . I ran the following program below and that is my current latency through the roof Has anyone had similar issues before? It's driving me up the wall at this stage :/
  24. Unfortunately I have to get involved before things get out of hand. I haven't heard from Moose since BF4 he used to be on TS everyday, he then disappeared for the past few years. You's that haven't heard of him and haven't obviously spoke to him. It's all sarcasm and jokes in what he says. You guys basically fed the response he was expecting to receive. (Don't feed the troll)
