My understanding is that if people want to make teams or squads for any reason, tournament or scrim or otherwise, they are free to do so amongst themselves but I dont think there is a preset structure or format for it, so to speak. As in, if help is needed it will be given, but the organisation or entry etc of any teams is left to the teams themselves. If you are talking about an internal XI tournament, which i think is a cool idea, then I am unsure as to weather this has been done before and an existing format is in place, or if we, as in XI, would need to create one. Like I said, that is my understanding, but if I am wrong I'm sure some more experienced peeps will correct me

Let me get this clear..... you are saying that in the past there has always been room made for you.. that some admin has kicked the entire queue AND players who have been playing... just cos you cant be bothered to wait 5 mins??? sorry, i call bs. Because I do not know of a single admin that has EVER kicked 8-10 people from a queue then started kicking randoms on top of that... all just to make room for 1 person who hardly ever comes on.

I have never asked anyone to be kicked for me, thats before i was XI, and since being XI. And now since being an admin.. not once have I kicked anyone to make room for me If anyone asks me, i tell everyone the exact same thing... ''admins do not kick players even for themselves.. so i wont do it for anyone else... we have a queue jump system, it doesnt take long at all!.. be patient, because everyone else is.'' If it was a rule, then i would do it, but its not a rule to kick players, its a choice made by the admin... ....One that any player, member or not, should respect. Also, as jay said...when there is a big queue, which is when members want non-members kicked... who do we kick? ....the whole queue of 10 people + someone in game?? someone in a great squad with an ok score? no...cos that would spoil their fun and game and thats just cruel for the sake of 5 mins lol.... ok.. so kick someone with a very low score.. or someone on zero who just joined?? ... ouch!! so they just waited in our queue of 10 ppl.... maybe without being on our list, being bumped and bumped by our already bloated prio system that basically everyone is on anyways.... but they waited.. cos they love our server.. so ppl sit in a queue of 10 people.. every night of the week.. 100% they sit there and wait.. then they get in.. but 2 mins later they get kicked cos a member couldnt wait 5-10 mins... really? wow! we have a queue every night of the week cos we DONT do that .... and never mind it being horrible to do to someone, its just pointless when our queue jump system means members/regulars dont even wait in the whole queue.. they jump it... its like 5 mins man wow!
