Problem Solved ! Thanks for all your help. 1 st issue, new WD hardrive was bad... exchanged it at Micro Center, the best PC store in the world. Micro Center also put the Pc on a bench and was able to manuver around in the Bios without any problems. But If this forum isnt deleted, Remember the good advice here..... try different keyboards, Remove bios battery..hit power button. Also Swap or remove possible bad memory. Also when installing a new hardrive , right clik on Computer, hit manage, hit Disk management, format it there, partition it if desired, or Just make it active.

what do i do with the jumper on motherboard, I dont know how to jump or what pins to cross or ??? but thanks.. your good advice will save me Big time..

Only the esc key works in Bios of my HP m8120n. I hit f10 and enter bios, then try to arrow down to change Disk drive settings, and nothing happens. I tried 2 styles of keyboards. I do have the original recovery disks, could I do a repair? My Bios is from 2007 and appears to be the last one made for the motherboard... according to forums out there. Really I dont need to change Bios settings if I could get a 2nd hard drive to just work. When I plug it in... Windows will not load, Iam stuck in the bios screen. I do have windows 7 64 bit loaded in the main drive, and works great... except for above problems I listed. I will be your friend if you can help?

Cant get Teamspeak to work in my phonel It says "Error could not resolve host name. I used >XI< Xtreme Idiots Teamspeak ANy Idiots know Better? I would like it to work...

I say we ban those who constantly Bitch about "possible hackers in Teamspeak" from teamspeak. And furthmore....our Admins do a great job for no money..... Sure they spend too much time posting naked ladys on the website, but we all cant be perfect. And I still say the solution is a closed private server to XI and Invited guests only.
