New Braunfels Police Department NBPD Seeks Tips from the Public – The New Braunfels Police Department is seeking tips from the public following a strange occurrence that happened early this morning. On Oct. 21st, 2015, at approximately 4:29am, officers spotted a gray or silver vehicle occupied by two males traveling at a high rate of speed in a shopping center parking lot. After a brief pursuit, officers observed a bright flash and two streaks of flames that appeared on the road just as the officers lost sight of it. Radar indicated the vehicle was traveling at approximately 88mph at the time of its disappearance. The only lead investigators have to go on is a California license plate reading “OUTATIME” that fell from the vehicle at the time of its disappearance (see image attached). That plate is registered out of Hill Valley, California, and NBPD is working with HVPD in identifying the vehicle and the two suspects seen inside, described as a younger male with brown hair and an older male with white hair.
