What is happening I am doing what I have been doing but going to be a boss rather trying to do it all my damn self. More I want to grow. Joey and I wont be taking too much shit from anyone and the people he brings in he has worked with. We have a network of guys willing to help. I have a very talented friend who is the man when it comes to, Cabling, Fiber Optics, video camera installs. He is almost certified in some areas and he know Code very well on construction jobs. He runs the job sits at his current job and he dont take shit. We talked a year ago about starting a company. Today we decided to do it. Once we figure out our name we will becoming a LLC. Then we can get bonded and get more bigger jobs. I am going to be a real business owner instead of it being just me. This is cool. If I don't grow I will never make good money. Any advice running a company let me have it.
