My best friend Brian and I while in high school here in San Antonio went on a camping trip out west. We had cases and cases of beer to take with us. We planned to drink the entire time and were underage so had to purchase before hand. The first three days was a blast. We made some.... mostly girls but a few guys and they all came over to party at night. The forth night we ran out of beer. This is when we found the country was dry. So we went on a beer run. We met some that could buy but had to drive some 50 miles to get it. 100 mile trip. Ouch! We get back and start drinking and around 1am when we are a bit buzzed and a bit loud.. some cops came walking up on us. We were like opps. Hahahaha Cops says.... Do you know this is a dry country and no drinking allowed in the part? No sir! Can I see some id? Yes sir. You both are underage? Yes sir! We both got a PI.. public intoxication tickets $70 and had to leave the park the next day. We were like.. well if we cant drink we are going home anyway. My parents never found out till I told them may years later. Brian’s parents just laughed. Hahahaha Great memory!!! Pays to be underage at times.
