unionjackk - Hardest thing ive ever had to do K some of u might know this already but i've decided to quit smokeing. I haven't had a smoke in about a week what gets me is it's not just mentally craveing a cigarette that's difficult it's the physical aspect of it my hands are twitchy and i'm like in a daze 85% of the time. I have trouble focusing and concentrating and I'm a litle irritable. I have the irish temeperent. scottish stuborness and of course my brittish sarcastic wit which doesn't help matters. after 20 yrs of smokeing I decided to quit for the sake of my chldren mostly and no matter how bad I want 1 I won't give in. i like to thank all the guys who have given me advice on quitting smokeing especially DADA who suggested I try eating digestive cookies, T_Rat n Corpse and especially my bud BOOMER . I also want to appologise to JOHNNY QUEST I made a comment about the cartoon show I"M srry man felt bad about it right after I said it. Just bear in mind when your kicking a 20 yr habbit you dont think right and say or do things you dont't mean to. p.s. does anyone know how long the withdrawls from smokeing last cheers n thank u My XI bretheren i did the same thing union... I quite cigs about a week ago. 3 days the hardest.. make it 5 days you are good. Started to quite about two weeks ago but cheated and reduced quite a bit.. down to 3 cigs.. so it made it easier. I recommend cold turkey.. no patch shit as you still have to deal with that later. And the dreams will drive you mad. 20 years is a long ass time... here is me with my first cig at age 3.. always thought I was 4 but my mom corrected me.. she was pissed at my aunt. I became a reg sneaky smoker by age 5 and got busted many times. Age 12.. I was smoking all the time. 41 now.. so time to quite. this sound gay but my aunt wanted to see me choke but I only knew how to blow.. not suck.
