yes indeed , i like game meat but even if we have beaver swimming across our lake and build locks in our rivers and brooks i dont eat them except beaver tails..(Queue de castor in french)

Im located close to 2 hours north-west of Montreal, we have more snow than slush , or freezing rain (thats what i hate most). les than 30 minutes we have snow slopes and mountains perfect for skiing, snowmobile , four wheeler ATv etc.. they dont put salt here on the roads for environement safe. just sand . This year i wont go on cruise or south vacations , so we gonna do more winter activities. What about a day of crosscountry skiing and finish it with a cheese fondue and red wine!!!
