I did that problems moment ago ,,,everytime i wanted to go online, my profile resetted at zero , and also unable to create online profile . I think its krunch who told me the clue, i checked in my windows firewalls settings for COdWAW and some of the boxes where clicked for allowed online. i did it and it solved the problems. That problem occured after a window update (W10). hope it can help you.
