Are you sure with the unable to create online profile is not because your firewalls setting dont allow WAW , it happened to me after a W10 upgrade , my firewall settings where resseted had to allow access of my games. -
Good luck for your change of life. I did happen to me . Im retiree now : wake up in morning nothing to do and when i go to bed not even half of it is done.
