Try a fast hit on your power button. Don't hold your finger on it just press it quickly. Remove the AC adapter and main battery. Plug just the AC in and press the button. If it still won't power on it can't be a software issue, it must either be hardware or firmware. If it turns on check in your advanced power settings (control panel > hardware and sounds > power options) to see what the power button action is set to? See if it is set to "Do Nothing" maybe that needs to be changed back to sleep or another setting. If it is set to "Do Nothing" at the moment, could be why there is no response. It could also be something wrong with the power switch board. If nothing works take it to someone who knows how to check a notebook properly. What notebook are you using? What is the specs of it? What version of windows is it running? It may just need some replacement parts or software updates or drivers etc etc. People can't help you if they don't know what you have.

My husband has a friend who lives there. It is crazy over there. I am sorry you have to live like that. My hubby was going to send him some computer parts to upgrade his computer, memory, video card, mother board, cpu but his friend told him not to. He said he would be over charged for what the actual cost of each item would be plus he would have to pay duty to customs plus a bribe to the customs officer. He said no one is above demanding a bribe who is in a influential position. It is horrible there.

There are always going to be those parents who have no respect for their children. Karma always come back on them. Do they still do that? They actually make people pee in a cup? Wow man I would of had my lawyers making up paperwork asking what drugs they are testing me for, why they are testing me, all kinds of loop holes. There are so many prescription drugs that can make you have a false positive test. All CBD has a low mix of sativa and idio. It is great for anxiety and much more. In oil form it is even better. The little girl Charlotte in Colorado which I believe started all legalization of medical marijuana had a strain named after her. I believe she was 5 years old at the time and was experiencing 400-500 seizures a day. When she was given the cbd weed her seizures went down to under 5 per day. They worked with her to find the right strain and when they did her seizures went to 0. She was their test subject and she gets it for free for life. As she grew up they had to test new strains on her and it is still working for her. She is the reason why so many parents of kids moved to Colorado to help their children's medical issues. I use this method each time. Sometimes the plants do not need the string because they spread on their own. My present plants do not have string as you can see in the pictures I posted. Spreading them out gives you way more buds.

When the law passes up here in Canada it will go 1 of 2 ways 1) 4 plants per age 19 and over or 4 plants per household. It doesn't matter if there are children in the home or not. If the person(s) growing are responsible and use methods (tents) in a place where small children are not allowed to be. From the conversation I was having with him last night on discord they are still in process of making the game but when the game is at the part where people can test it those who have signed up will receive invites for 6 clan members to come on their official discord to play and give input on what they think of the game play. They want each phase of the game tested and the input given. He listens closely to what you have to say and really discusses it with you in detail. I understood quite clear that he really wants this to be about clans and community working together to make this game what everyone wants. Right now he has spoken to over 100 clans world wide. I was impressed with someone at his level was actually listening to the community. Most just want the money and to hell with the people.

Largest amount I got of a past grow is 2 pounds. What the law allows and what the cops do is 2 total differ things lol You can get caught with a 1/4 ounce and nothing will happen to you. Anything larger they usually just give you a fine. Having a bunch of already made up baggies lol will get you arrested (yes they are a lot of stupid people who walk around with baggies for sale) LOL ijits!! Most times the cops will just take it from you for themselves. They love to partake haha In my younger days there used to be 2 detectives I was friends with. John Martin from New Zealand is behind this game. The game is going to have dedicated servers and is for clans. Finally someone who makes a game thinking about clans as a priority. It depends on how much you pay for an ounce to how much you pay for a gram. I pay $100 an ounce so divide that by 28 = $3.57 a gram. The weed stores sell it for $10.00 - $12.00 a gram. Gotta cover their fines when they get busted. haha I don't mind paying taxes on it because it will go to paying off the deficit (if they pay it towards the deficit). They are estimating $100,000,000.00 a year just from Ontario. I think that is a little high but we will see.
