The signature certainly looks like a rubber stamp to me. I'm curious as to why you believe that a stamp is not acceptable. I work in government and there are no requirement or regulation that requires Clerks to use a pen to sign documents for them to be "Official". That would be impossible, even in small jurisdictions because of the sheer volume of paper that flows through. If you can cite a regulation or policy that supports your assertion, I would love to see it. Believe me, just like the military, EVERYTHING is listed somewhere in an SOP manual.
hxtr why is it not possible that the people in the photos aren't employees of the school system or simply parents that rushed to the school when word got out. I wear photo identification all day everyday. I'm sure the last thing I would think about is removing my ID badges if I heard something like this were happening and my loved one was there.
I'm not telling you what to believe but I just don't buy it.
