@KillerKitty Honest, I'm not trying to sound sarcastic... You use your fingers or a spoon, or some instrument and put it in there. You can open it up like a cadaver to core it: https://youtu.be/n9_xa-QXp9k?t=33s or You can cut them in half: https://youtu.be/OvIz_BWLugA You can fry them, bake them, or fry and bake them...or you can grill them... You can use cream cheese, shredded cheese, a mixture of cream cheese and shredded cheese...you can add bacon, cilantro, chives, mushrooms or whatever you like to make a filling.

Lol...dredge in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs...let them sit for 5 minutes, then dredge them again in egg, then bread crumbs to double coat. If you really want it, I can send you the extra 15 exciting minutes of all that dredging goodness...it's really exciting! =)
