Timmah! got a reaction from codpiece in Ali Express
Y'all ever use them?
I have an Amazon Prime membership, but I've been using AliExpress for 5 years & always check first to see if they have the item in stock.
Many times they have the same item & you can save 50%.

Not familiar with Temu.
On AliExpress, you're buying directly from the manufacturer, instead of a 3rd party like Amazon or Walmart.

Temu, according to my brother is the new Ali Express. Another Chinese mail order trying to break into and compete with Amazon and Ali Express. My brother has used them and has returned items with no issue. His refund has been applied to his card as soon as the post office scanned his shipping label.
As clarification my brother just retired from a company he was partners with for over 40 years. Most everything they imported was manufactured in CHINA. His business was 90% supported by Chinese manufacturing. None of his stock is made in North America or Europe. He traveled to China many times. He used to buy containers of stock every few months. He is used to purchasing with China and has never had an issue. He is now retired.

A couple years ago, I bought a Ruixin Pro knife sharpening system on AliExpress for $19.99.
Cheapest I found it on Amazon was $39.99.
Some vendors had the manufacturer put their name on it & were selling them for $120!

My brother has used them for years. He has always been happy. He has returned items and has never had an issue. As @Timmah! stated always buy from high rated suppliers. My brother lives in Canada, no delivery problems just a bit longer shipping times. On some items. Most everything naturally is from CHINA. Amazon is about the same most things from China being sold by a third party putting their MARKUP. I use PAYPAL.

Timmah! got a reaction from WeednFeed in FBI coming after gamers
Gaming is a 60 Billion a year industry.
Nobody's coming after gamers.
They're going after terrorists who use gaming platforms for communication.

Never had a problem.
Just buy from sellers with good reputation & high sales count.
When you buy on AliExpress, you're buying from the actual manufacturers...the same ones that Amazon & Walmart buy from & then markup the price.
You're just saving money cutting out the middleman.
The larger Chinese manufacturers actually have warehouses in the U.S., so you get the product in the same time frame as Amazon, etc.
Just don't go looking for unbelievable deals that are obviously knockoffs...
You know, like $5 Air Jordans or something.

Timmah! reacted to Labob in FBI coming after gamers
This all happened after Merlin banned Col Riley and Jack Teixeira for the ACE mod server. There were a bunch of them bunny hoping around like they were in a low gravity room. Riley got so hot headed that no admin would stop them and rage quit. Later he got back on Discord and started mouthing of state secret saying the Col ordered him to do so. As this went on a few of the other bunny hoppers got on discord and egged Tiexiere on knowing it would get him in trouble. When the General found all this out he decided because he injoys a game or 2 as well and truly hates bunny hopper. He decided to throw the book at all of them. All this behind the scene crap has to stop before it gets out of hand Rugger later said at a Homeland Security meeting via zoom. Our adims are not to blame they do a some what decent job some times. When questione why they can not do a better job Rugger muttered something about cheap booze and free canadian electric lettuce.
Stay tuned for more details as Fox Network releases the pirated minutes of the behind teh scene meetings.
