good luck! My 840 is doing great. I just got my machine running last night so I haven't had a chance to do bench-marking yet, but it sure does boot fast! At first files were copying at pretty typical speeds, then I realized windows defender was in "real-time protection" mode. Disabled that and boy did it get fast! After a bios update to get it to boot correctly, I did end up getting it to install windows and boot just fine in AHCI mode.

I don't think he is ok... see how he's staggering? With an adrenaline rush (and a little induced shock), you can get up and walk away from just about anything. The real tell if he's ok is if he's still standing 30 seconds later.

It's P10K I hope you've all stocked up on bread, milk, canned beans, and gasoline because systems we rely on around the world will begin shutting down... computer systems weren't built to handle these numbers and bad things will happen. -

beautiful dog! Great coat! A well trained dog is a happy dog. Great job raising her! ... my only complaint against that crossbreed in general is that they typically have very weak bladders and tend to make a mess when they are excited.

Actually weeks, it'll take that snake a few weeks to fully digest that load. They often go weeks to months between feedings.

Money drives everything. We have the tech to make flying cars, but there is not money to be made in it.

Nothing beats a clean install. It may be a pain in the ass but you will have a nice clean OS by the end. I firmly believe windows needs that at least once a year to keep working smoothly.

Lol, I had the exact same debate... 500 or 250? The 500 was only a $100 more so that's what i went with. I think since you are going to ssd, you must re-install.. I 'm not sure but I don't think a straight copy will work right.
