try this people it worked for me and edd the duck please make a note of your registry or screen shot before you start. open regedit.exe Search for key: 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583 Change ValueMax from 64 to 0 Restart Computer. also if you're using nvidia card try these steps too. go into nvidia control panel. - Manage 3D settings. - Global Settings - turn off, Vsync, tripple buffering, Ambient Occlusion, Antialiasing - FXAA, and Transparency. here is a video that i found to watch it is easy if you watch this and you can set them back if you want after.
