thanks X-Ray please add these notes too
note another thing to stay away from Beta firmware if not savvy to make a firmware copy before install and remove if not work for you.
NOTE before any firmware updating, if have win 11 or TPM 2.0 system you must get your UEFI bitlocker key # ......write down for is a long 48 character entre, when your drives are encrypted.
look on motherboard for REV: X.XX # and match it to your motherboard model name and
its revision of your model
NOTE: the BIOS version software has to match Motherboard revision for each REV was a different chip supplier, if choose the wrong Rev #, will boot to a blank screen for file instuction not match the hardware on motherboard.
you must match REV to model name then BIOS version come last.
yes listen to X-Ray when say
NOTE: Be very careful to look for a 'special' driver, that leads you to install like Driver Booster, Driver Genius or other shit. Once you see a program to be downloaded, end it right away and Do NOT use it. Keep it to your vendor-brand website for an (advanced) search. for that is sort of spamming malware to subscriptions best go to manufactor site for firmware /drivers
some have their own app to keep you updated.
