idk more than once in that video did I see the truck driver at fault for not slowing down. The pro's are suppose to be able to see the idiots and avoid them. Not ram them or OMG push the car to a place the Truck driver feels is a safer place to pull over. Still though its all true. Sorry without the .map there is not much you can do. As for the decompiler you can find out there you might get the text files but as far as I've ever seen thats all you can get. So you have to start from scratch. Might I suggest using something like drop box or any cloud solution to back up you maps automatically.

I'll have some faith on this game. I think they seen all the places BO3 went wrong in their releases of the game , tool , then servers. So here's to hoping
