Kind of a funny story I thought I'd share. Last year on New Years Eve we had a big party at my sisters house and we had placed tiki torches by the gate and down the driveway. Anyway, around midnight we were setting off fireworks so everyone was outside when some kids took off with one of the tiki torches. A couple of the guests took off on the chase (silly I know but remember this is N Y E and a pretty wild party) and they couldn't catch them anyway lol This year on New Years Day this is what my sister found pinned to their gate along with the Torch: So cool, I loved it

I've had trouble sleeping for the last couple of years Cheese although not as severe as your 2 hrs. Like Nisty said, Melatonin seems to help but keep it at 1 mg. (check if you're on other medications to make sure it's ok) Exercise earlier in the day helps me too but seriously I'm pretty sure my biggest problem is working on the computer too close to bedtime .
