Aye the server it's on is having memory issues and fucked over the redirect. I haven't got round to moving it yet. Duc -
Right OK I see it's the theme.. no idea why but on the dark theme it is not showing sigs. Duc
-
That sounds like something else as i can see your sig under this post. Can you see other peoples?
-
Not sure I agree with this?.. why give essentially two warnings before a permanent ban for racism?
-
It's because the file store is moving in the background - been going since Saturday. It fucks up for images that are uploaded in the migration period etc. I have to go and manually fix the ones that fail at the end of the move. Duc

Will be a little bit for me to transfer it over, although it was running OK it's on the same server as the rest so need to move it off temp. I will have to update the server connections as well for the database. Duc
-
@Hunter try now.. the permissions were fucked up. Not sure why, pretty sure I didn't change them after I installed the themes. Duc
-
Weird.. nothing I changed... should be at the 10th post

I cleared the AWS CloudFront cache...

I don't really get what the problem is?.. "well I think I post enough and play on these servers enough" - That is exactly what the post limit is. All we are doing is to prevent people joining the site and spamming the chat log with abusive messages. We are simply putting in a requirement that a user will have posted 10 times before they can use it. It is nothing more than an arbitrary number of actions to put off the bots and spammers. If someone has over 10 posts then they can use the thing.. simple. Freedom of speech has nothing to do with this. This is a technical decision being made to combat a specific thing. Duc

I set it at 10.... it's a common thing to do on forums, it's build into many of the forum platforms... mountain, mole hill..
-
Yep that would make sense then..

It's a caching issue because that's not how the website is supposed to look. The wrong files are ending up on your machine. My first request was for you to clean out your local cache to see if the problem was in there, that didn't fix it so I cleared the CDN cache and asked you to retry to pull the latest files from there. I'm not saying it's an issue with your computer or browser.. just that there is a cache somewhere with the wrong files. It's not for you to 'fix' but by clearing your local cache in the testing it ensures that you are pulling the latest version from further upstream, Duc

It's a caching issue if ever I saw one.. the theme looks good on the devices I am testing on. I have flushed out all the region caches - try again and see if it pulls through the correct files. Duc
-
There's a background tasks system that does the caching for this, it's a bit overloaded with copying the files over from the backup though ? Will get better when all the files are moved. Duc
-
That looks like a caching issue to be honest. Can you clear down your local cache and reload the website? The file system for the website files is coming over slowly from the backup. Duc

Still need to know the details to help anyone else that gets hit by it

Which theme? Possibly a screenshot to help me out? Duc
