Another of Nuno Bettencourts side bands. All of his solo work is extremely good guitar driven rock. One of the best guitarists of our time.

Like mentioned above there are cheaper places to get Windows. But I believe that Microsoft still has the free upgrade system in place. Meaning as long as you have a legal windows 7 key or another version, you can use that key to activate Windows 10. I registered as an oem years ago with Microsoft (back in 1998) and still use my old keys to build my personal pc's. If you have a 7 key save the money and use it.

Especially since COD5 and Activision issues. Another cool game from the past that is available free is Kingpin. Gangster FPS. Would be cool to add one of those. I read a new version of Kingpin is being released this year

Crytpocurrencies!!! - Bitcoin, Etherum, Litecoin, Bla bla bla

Crypto mining is the way to go. Set up a dedicated miner system and let it go. I did a huge amount of research a few years back when it was crazy. I had it broke down by video card. Which card would earn the most and the amount to expect. My father and I were going to set up a small mining farm, but life kept that from happening. I will see if I can find that thread and repost it here. Found the thread. We were discussing the price of video cards going through the roof because of mining. This thread is a couple years old. Prices will come back down in a few months. Mining for cryptocurrency with "PC" rigs will slow down, now that the price of bitcoin and others are dropping. Plus the latest ASIC Miners are getting more efficient than PC rigs and ASIC miners are easier to setup. But they are pretty damn loud. More people are doing "Cloud Mining" ( I being one). With cloud mining your renting ASIC miners, that these sites maintain for a percentage of your profit. Now when ASIC Miners and/or video card rig prices settle down, I may build my own miner or buy an ASIC Miner. At current values (hash rates, difficulty rate and bitcoin price) a single Radeon 570 pc rig would earn around $3.00 - $3.50 per day (after operating costs). Thats $1,095 profit a year. Now build a PC rig with 6 Radeons would earn you $6,570 profit a year (at current values). A 6 card pc rig would cost roughly $1750 to $2,000 to build. After 4 months the rig is paid for. Now the latest ASIC Miners can earn you up to $250 a week or $13,000 per year. At current levels. But they cost around $6,000 to buy. An ASIC would pay for itself in 6 months. So in the long run ASIC's are the way to go. I predict bitcoin will be around $5,000 per coin in about a month (if not sooner). And with the governments around the world on the fence about cryptocurrencies, that alone is making shit volatile. Now if the governments come to a consensus and acknowledge cryptocurrencies, well one could see bitcoin shoot up to $100,000 in a few years. But then again, they could all go belly up !! Very interesting and unpredictable investment. -
Im a huge Gigabyte fan. But have used MSI is the past on builds. I would add a mechanical hard drive for storing music, photos, etc. They are cheap. Spend the extra money and get Windows Pro. If your on a budget you can always get a cheaper case and or power supply. Plenty of fantastic cases and power supplies cheaper than those selected. As far as solid state drives I like the PCIe type (faster than sata). Ive used Intel brands on a few builds as well as Samsung. The PCIe drives tuck in out of sight on the MB. As far as liquid cooling is concerned, I dont use it on my personal builds. Its more for people who love to overclock their CPU's, which anymore the stock fans are fine for that too. So anymore its just a "cool factor" . But if you live in an non air conditioned house or are going to overclock the piss out of it, I would do liquid cooling. Just my opinion. And you know what those are like

Viprz !!! When is the book come out !!! Better yet the movie !!! I tell my ufo story to people and they think Im pulling their leg.

UFO is all I have seen. A lady was killed in my daughter house before they moved in. Her son killed her (crazy). My daughter is a big ghost hunter fan and stuff like that. But they have not seen or heard anything from the lady that was killed.

Comedy about a Coon Hunting Monkey !!!! Jerry Clower !!

To all you UFO fans. I mean all of old fuck rockers !! Lights Out !!! Talk about a tight band !! If your familiar with the band, you know they were a fantastic live band. Which brings me to the fact they released a live cd box set of 7 concerts from the late 70's. Three of which were in Ohio. I was at the Columbus and Chillicothe show that these were taken from.

Not like the old days when you had "IRQ's and DMA's" to set on all peripherals !!! I remember building my first PC, way back in 1983 or 1984. A 286 processor based system. Times have changed !!! First PC I had was an Franklin Ace 1000 (Apple II clone). I remember soldering in a "color" chip, in the thing just to display a handful of colors. If anyone needs any old pc parts, hit me up. I may have what you need to restore that old vintage pc. Motherboards, memory, cpu's, peripherals, etc..

While amp sims have come a long way, they still dont match a hard driven amp. They are very convenient for getting ideas down though. One of my favorite presets when noodling is the "Gods Love" in Guitar Rig. -

I have a few amp sims. Waves GTR, Guitar Rig, Amplitude and Overloud. I like Overloud the best out of all of them. Look into Steven Slate plugins. I have quite a few of his stuff. Really like his FG-X and the virtual console/preamp plugins. My next purchase is a few Midas DP48's (personal monitors). Im using my consoles mix buss's to send individual musician feeds to the live room at this moment. Woks great, but the ability for the musicians to adjust "their own" monitor mix is very appealing. That way I dont have to do it !! I picked up an old Marshall Master Lead Combo and Im about ready to tear it apart and restore it. Kind of an odd amp for Marshall. One of their first solid state amps. Works now, but the sound is shit. New capacitors, resistors, etc.. I hope will help. But this amp is not known for "good tone" . I have some purple Tolex that I may use to cover it. Look just like this one in the picture. Next I want to mod my Epi Valve Jr head. Give it a tone knob and hot rod the preamp some. I've driven a 5150 half stack with it and it sounded great. They really shine when driving a small 10" speaker cab. The Neural DSP seems cool. I saw them at Sweetwater's site. Pretty good specs.
