  1. Another factor in proper 4k viewing is distance to the tv from viewing area.
  2. A Tabby !! They have that distinctive "M" on there forehead. Call the kitty "M" Or "M-illy"
  3. Dont Piss down your socks when I kick your ass !! Do as the Dr. says !!! Dont crack a nut doing stupid stuff.
  4. You can not compare overall testing between Canada and USA. So the article is not accurate. US runs an average of 176 tests per 100,000 people vs. Canada at 76 per 100,000 . See my point. Most people are fucking stupid when it comes to math, common sense. ? Im not !! Stay on your side and we will stay on ours.
  5. I know. Believe me, when I first got into live sound and recording it was all Greek to me. But I just read and fiddled with things. Still learning all the time. Just finished up a rough mix of a Alice Cooper cover. Billion Dollar Babies. Rough mix with no vocals. Still need to redo a few tracks and add some tracks. But Im to the point I can add vocals. Its an mp3 so quality sucks.
  6. Hobby. I've recorded many bands in the past years and have ran and supplied PA's for a few local concerts. But with the virus crap, I have not recorded any bands this year. I do it for the fun and do not charge. Through word of mouth, I get calls all the time (especially since I do it for free) from bands and individuals to record. But Im selective who I record. It has to interest me.
  7. Been wanting to play with one of these Midas M32's since they came out. Well I finally ordered one. My old Mackie 1640i mixer/interface is limited to 16 tracks, so 32 tracks is an overdue welcome. Plus the individual mix monitoring capabilities is a giant leap over using the sends on the Mackie. My first step in the "digital" mixer world. Lots of manual reading and messing to do. Im excited !!!
  8. Rob always has a place here in Ohio to stay. He is our Scottish Irish Com-padre !!! You ever make it to Ohio you have to hit Cedar Point. The Millennium Force is fantastic !!! I about shit my pants it is so smooth and freakishly high !!!!
  9. Canada has some pretty geography. But come on, nothing beats Cedar Point and Kings Island as far as Coasters !! And they are both in my home state. I was at Kings Island when Evil Knievel jumped the Greyhound Buss's !! Yes Im that old. Now the $2,000 you Canadians get each month doesn't make me jealous. Thats one days pay for us. ? Now bragging your husband drives stoned all the time is crazy. Doesn't Canada have a DUI ? First time he kills someone driving stoned, well, that would be sad indeed. And yes I party at times, I grew up in the late 60's and 70's. And I grew up in farm country, so weed was always growing somewhere ? But I never drive under the influence.
  10. Pete you know I like to give our red headed stepchild Canadians a hard time. ? And I agree, plenty of good things came from Cananda. April Wine, early Rush, Heart, Neil Young, and The McKenzie Brothers !!! You Canadians are our first line of defense, well... should I say human shield against a northern invasion. Love ya, brother !! And you know I do and would do anything for you guys. Keep safe !!!
  11. You believe everything you read online ??? So funny.
  12. Why on earth would anyone go to Canada to holiday !!!! And where is that $2000 per month Canadians get coming from !!!!??? Must be all that money Canada saves by relying on the US to protect it !!! ?
  13. We need a T-shirt available via our online store !!!! All you budding fashion designers need to get on it !!! On a serious note. History, either good or bad, should never be forgotten. And always documented for prosperity. This will ensure we continue grow as a human race. Wipe out history and our asses will be back in the "Stone Age" in a few years. Now back to the T-Shirts, !!!!
  14. I like to shot drones out of the ski !!! Dont fly in my airspace !!!
  15. CMM !!!! My favorite part of setting up a job for production. Especially getting half way through an inspection and the damn machine errors out. We had two CMM's and one was prone to erroring out. Mostly read errors from the 3 1/2 floppy storing the CMM program. Ages ago !!!.
  16. Thanks for the links. Geetech has a A30T model that will handle 3 colors and blending. Five color would be ideal. That would give you an unlimited color pallet. Will check out Fusion. I graduated about the time CNC equipment was coming into existence. Worked at an aerospace company for 30 years and some of those years were spent programming and running CNC equipment. Im talking dinosaur equipment compared to new stuff. Old Mazak VMC 5, Monarch VMC75 with pallet changer, one of these prehistoric Hurco KMB1. The Hurcos being the first I learned on. The Monarch was a beast !! And yes I crashed my share of cutters. ? Scary shit when cutters fly.
  17. Well a quick search says most 3d printers use machine code (G-Codes). But some utilize specialized codes for certain functions.
  18. Been researching them. Have not settled yet one yet. But leaning hard towards the Geeetech A30M. Was recommended by an engineering client of ours. Company he works for, has several plastic and metal printers and he says the Geeetch is the best consumer grade printer he has used. Need to research 3d scanners too. Im familiar with AutoCad and machine code for CNC Milling and Turning Centers. So the learning curve should be easy enough. But as far as CAD software, I not sure if all manufacturers of 3d printers use same code ? Need to research it. Just wish the metal printers were cheap as plastic printers !!! Fun Fun !!!!
  19. There goes the neighborhood !!!
  20. Congrats !!!! Another Buckeye !!! Good time to be getting out. Enjoy
  21. Going to download it tonight and try it.
  22. Thanks !!! Im about to quit having them though ?
  23. Primus !!! Need I say more !! Such great videos !! Les is a fucking beast on the bass !! Beaver Time !!!!
  24. The touch screens kind of freak me out. I grew up in the tactile era of switches and buttons. And if a switch or button malfunctions then it could easily be jumped. Damn touch screen goes out your screwed and loose everything !!. But I imagine they have a back up. Maybe thats why there are two touchscreens. Either can control all functions.
