PimpedOutPete Well put Hoth.. Even the best players don't mind getting their asses kicked once in awhile... Nothing like a little variety in ones life. The ones I've dropped haven't been by much so my ass doesn't hurt much. The person who has taken me by the most frags semi recently in ffa was Spivs kid. Quick as hell on the draw and really accurate. I played him 1v1 one night and he took 2 of 3 games from me. All were pretty tight(3-5 frags) The kid has skills. Person from the past that used to frustrate me was Bashem. I had a habit of barely losing to him and rarely beating him in a ffa. His movement wasn't anything incredible but his aim was brutal and he was a very smart player.

Bigmeandean - Arrogance! First of all peeps this is just me venting and I will not mention any names! If anybody cares to respond to this post then please respect my request and respond in kind! Let me ask each of you, have you ever heard certain players that come in late into a game and then when they don't win say, "I just needed a few more minutes"? To me that statement is degrading to the individuals that win with the assumption that they would indeed run the leaders down and win. That is arrogance example #1. Example number #2 is when somebody talks like only they have the right to win each and every map! Now remember this, there is a difference between arrogance and self confedence, for example when I say when someone shoots me from a certain position, "I am going to cut you if you stay there", that is confedence. I dont think I am untouchable but there are many that seem to do that very kind of thinking. Like I said thjis is just me venting and I wish everybody could just play for the fun of it. Winning isn't everything in life. I can think of many things that out rank winning by a country mile. Family, friends and such, are so much more important than winning a damned video game. I happened to say something pretty similar to this today. So if this post is or is not in reference to me I'm not sure. Here is a few thoughts. One thing that annoys me about the cod series. It has never had time played showing on the scoreboard. I have played games that are 15 years old that have this. On another note I don't say this to whine or thinking I should win every level. Am I competive sure. I still enjoy the game and the people I play with but I don't play to lose. Will I lose any sleep at night if I lose no. Am I giving the person crap who won? Sure some if I wasn't in the whole game. Am I putting them down no. It was Pete who I have played with for years. Who I also like and respect. The same guy I asked to be on my cod2 ctf team tourneys ago. Why? Because one thing I am cocky about is I can recognize talent and what they are good at. So I think you need to loosen your panties up. What I said after I typed the comment was gg which = good game. The same thing I say if I lose or I win by 40 or 50.

I don't really have any lag issues. Is the network code as clean as cod4 modern warfare probably not. The things you want to look at first is your config if you would post it. If your other games run clean online than its most likely not an isp issue. You also want to look at your firewall setup if your running one. Looking at what type of packets its inspecting. Many times firewalls depending on how they are setup really like to inspect airstrikes and other things going on in the game. When alot of activity is going on it will peak your processor and make your performance go into the toilet.

Cool picks. I recently met Gorilla in Allen Texas and it was cool to put a face to a game name. I did notice Danko had a flash drive in his hand he must always carry with all his hacks.

Thanks for taking the time to help people out that are having issues. Its a pretty solid game so far. The only in game issues I see so far are clays not going off from time to time. Also I think the knife net code is pretty sloppy. The hit box is about a mile wide. So hopefully some patches down the road will clean some stuff up. So when are we having a inner clan Black ops ctf tourney!?

I love people who make drama announcements. I'm sure he is just so busy he will never find another single minute to game.

I just wanted to say thanks to Gorilla for general info hotel advice. Also for meeting me at Twin Peaks where he swears the food is good. I had 6 beers and watched the UFC so I can't confirm that yet. lol! And as for the scenery that is self explanatory from the pics. :]

Shamu Game was not too bad for once. Entertainment sucked. Aguilera does not know the national anthem and blew a line. Black Eyed Peas gets my vote for worst half time show ever. Not bad for once? The last 4 out of 5 Superbowls have been fantastic. Not sure what your watching. Aguilera one word terrible. The haltime show was pretty good. Someone actually under the age of 60 playing. They have been so conservative since the Janet Jackson deal until then it was pathetic.

Bud, Thats also like you aren't allowed to hit anyone in the NFL anymore. You should put down a pillow and lay them on it or you get fined.

I'm looking for a Supberbowl ticket. If anyone who has any connections for this game and wants to sell a single shoot me a pm. My travel is already arranged. I will try and get one through here or through a ticket agency sometime early next week.

Be glad they are making the game and content for the pc. Companys want to do this crazy thing called make revenue. The day companys quit making 1st person shooters for the pc would suck. I really don't like using old hardware the consoles offer. The controls are a joke for a fps.

It was painful but what a close second game in the finals it was. One of the reasons I love ctf!

Artimus Prime I also bought my first CL sound card and heard doom for the first time on my 486 SX computer....Used up many many hours of time with my two sons and I and the nephews playing all night on a null modem cable. The nephews could stay overnight but had to bring there computer along so everyone could deathmatch... Gosh that was fun... 1994 is the year I think. The Giant spider with the machine gun was always a great challenge. I also loved Duken Nukem 3D... "Come Get Sum" never forget that little sentence.........That was a great game too.......hmmm.. how hard would it be to revive those games online on a server?? Artimus.
