hey Sun Tzu, i have an i5-750 oced up to 4.01 Ghz aircooled... it will be an easy deal to oc your i7 up to 3.4~ 3.6 Ghz with this watercooling sys...(I had this earlier but traded with X-Ray) I dont like to oc graphic cards aircooled btw...you wont get this higher scores with aircooling only... my score 3DMark ~25000 3DMarks

the core i750 will be a good buy...for sure...mine is running at 4 GHZ oced looks like the 5830 is a nice card but maybe you have a look at the link at my signature... I am running 2 vapour-x 5770 and they are really cheap and silent.... enough to run BFBC2 everything on max details
