I am jealous of all you peeps with the snow!

I have grieved deeply for every dog I have had in my many years, each still has a place in my heart going back to childhood. Think about another rescue, especially a Lab, not to replace Ozzy which would be an unfair burden on a new friend, but to earn their own place in your heart. I commend you for taking Ozzy into your home at 2 yrs old and providing such a fulfilling life for him as one of your family members. i can agree to this statement to certain degree but i can also disagree as i know atleast one of these bans are false as the person definately doesn hack care to explain that one As I said to another quote of my post: I also said "I am sure errors happen". This is especially true if PB has been updating their programs to remain current. All that said my main point is that it is still the best option for hack detection. For those of you who think an Admin or Member could better detect a cheater I wish you luck, 99% of you are simply not good enough. and the remaining 1% will be wrong most of the time. It is not as easy as you might think to make the right decision or recognize a proficient hacker. You just won't catch the good ones.

Just wait until it happens to you. We will have a chat then ok? I have no mercy for cheaters, but I am not one of them. This is ridiculous and very annoying. As i said, errors happen, but it is still the best option out there.

Then again perhaps PB is updating and getting better at what it does. It was never a cure all and many hacks sailed under the PB radar. It still remains the best option for detecting hacks. Much more so than the guess work accusations that players make against each other by their so called "educated and expert" observations. And just because a member gets banned, or someone who you have gamed with for a long time does not mean PB is wrong. Detecting hacks is a real tough job and I am sure errors happen. But it still the best option out there. Much better than player observation effected by player opinion.

What winter? Was there a winter in PA? Hardly had any snow out here in the eastern side of PA. Understand it's not snow unless it's 6" or better. I dread summer coming.

I do no "overclocking", in fact I know nothing about it and do not plan on learning. The limits of my computer knowledge are to turn it on, play and have fun. If it meets those requirements I am good to go.

I did look at Memtest but it far exceeded my ability to understand. In the right hands it would probably be useful but I am not sure relative to my current PC problems.

At my age (almost 70) anyway that helps me get it up and keep it up.

I am at over 200 FPS with the NVIDIA 295 in my current PC. To show FPS type in Console before entering game /cg_drawfps 1 Don't forget the forward slash, many of us old MOH players do.

Something else possibly worth mentioning. Any injury to the hand or face resulting in scarring or disfigurement is subject to additional compensation simply because of the location of the injury. I also believe where on the face or hand can vary the compensation. I had a very small scar on my forehead that is not even noticeable now and was paid $300.00 for disfigurement many years ago. There is a time frame that has to pass before evaluating for compensation, I believe about 6 months. Hopefully there that does not apply here but it is a bit of compensation information that is worth mentioning.

Workman's Compensation might offer some financial aid if she misses work. And make sure the employer pays all medical expenses. You should at least seek a legal opinion. Keep in mind in cases like this you pay the lawyer nothing, they work for a percentage of the compensation received. Probably north of 30% at least. Unless of course you poked her in the eye.

I do not know how good a joystick would be be do understand you have reasons for considering one. That said there might be another consideration, some gamers use a trac-ball for their mouse.
