You need the latest available version. Both are 1.7 I guess. For Cod5 there it the ultimate patch that contains all. 1.1-1.7. For CoD 4 you will have to apply every single patch on your own. And you need the legacy version of Punkbuster. Evenbalance doesn't support MW and WaW any longer. I use the mobile view atm so I can not provide you with the links. You can find all this stuff on the M&M page.

No prob here. Afaik the accounts of both sites are linked (single sign on). You could delete the cookies for both sites and the browser cache. Then try again. -

Open your Windows Explorer and jump to your CoD5 directory: navigate to -> main -> video. There you will find a file "Treyarch[.load]" or [.bik], not sure. There is only one file with this name Rename it to "Treyarch.bak" (preferred solution) This file is the intro video, renaming it should solve your issue. you can also try renaming the video folder to video1 or "fck_treyarch". If you do this, it may be possible that you will have to run the game in safe mode. I'd prefer the 1st method
