its takes a long time and alot of spare parts to learn to fly a heli. i would recommend buying this controller

fly sky has cheaper ones but youll never outgrow this one and at under 100 its a great deal.
then purchase THIS simulator

its close to 50 but just as good of flight dynamics if not better than the expensive sims (flight simulator, g4, proflight any of them) the free ones are ok but dont really help you learn to fly a REAL r/c heli, seriously consider the one I recommended
then practice on the sim 100 hours, when you have completed 100 hours practice 200 more and then practice more
here is a great instruction video. Radd is awesome and if you follow his suggestions you will pick it up in no time
