ok sounds like it is time for you to replace your plugs overdue in one. here is how to do it without breaking the plug. park your truck after 6-7 hours pull air cleaner, any thing else thats getting your way. pull the boot packs DO NOT try and loosen the plugs. instead pour seafoam into the spark tubes. fill them up and walk away. after 4-5 hours come back and crack loose the plugs no more than an 1/8th a turn. walk away let sit for minimum of 10 hours. after the time has passed go and remove them slowly. if you are having a hard time turning the wrench, tighten it back up and then try and loosen it again. you WILL hear poppin and screeching its normal, just dont put all your muscle into loosening it. if it still wont budge move on to the next plug and let that one sit another few hours. after you get all the plugs out turn the key and let the cylinders blow out the seafoam. get you some good hi temp ceramic anti seize and put a thin layer on the lower shield of the plug, do not get it on the tips with the electrodes, install your plugs and whatnot and then your ready to start your truck. it wont want to start and when it does it will blow white smoke out the exhaust like a fogger. thats the seafoam and carbon burning out. run it until the smoke is gone. you have now just became a 1 percenter like me lmao. oh this only applies to the 5.4l if you have the 4.6 then well youll blow a plug out driving down the road OR strip the threads while removing them, but you will not break them and this process does not need to be followed. take your time and youll see a marked improvement.

ok not that type of one percenter but still. ok I have a 05 f250 super duty 5.4 3valve triton. I replaced the plugs today now you mechanics know exactly what I am talkin about now dont ya anyhow i have 164000 miles on this engine and the plugs were original. yup thats right 164000 miles on high thread plugs. every mechanic AND part store clerks I found let me know that 99 percent of the time number 7 WILL break if you have 100000 on them, law of murphy at work. hardest one to get at. anyways if you break it you pretty much have to pull the head. guess what I got all eight out with NO break offs SO I'M A 1 PERCENTER LMAO

yeah I saw a special the other day about the new artifical disks if i remember correctly they are a silicone type material, and replace the bad disks.i am hoping to one day get my bad disks replaced, but unfortunately within 20 or so years i wont have a good disk left in my back. gotta love DDD (degenerative disc disease) although most cases see a decrease in pain over the years due to loss of inflammatory tissue. mine is moving from disk to disk. as i lose mobility in an affected disk it causes the next disk to take the load and then causes that one to degrade. OH YEAH
