yea if u go nvidia, go for an evga, best support ever. if u have a problem with the card u just send it back to evga europe, and they send u another card. as simple as it is. i had a problem with mine, they send me a better model that is stable like a big tank. also, be sure to get one of the latest if u go for a 400 serie, because they fixed a few problems with latest batch.

k i think i did it, but how in hell can anyone i know take a look at the vid ? i mean i can browse to all black ops videos made, but not videos made by friends or anything, so how an admin can see our videos ? or we just record it with xfire once its made ?

where are those files located ? i made a vid, saved it, cant see it anywhere steam media library is empty, or is it somewhere else ?

must admit this theater feature is nice and yea u r right, spawn system is baaaaaad the gametype i like to play because spawn points are 'normal' is search and destroy. it has most of the stuffs i wanna play in a game, tactics, objectives, teamates,... untill they gave us modtools and friggin freezetag

Ranked servers have been restarted. - Trying to roll out another patch before the weekend. CPU optimizations and Zombie matchmaking fix included. QA starts in the AM. Stay tuned. now that rankup exploit fix seems to have been done like 2 days ago, not sure if its really fixed now. anyway, the good news is next patch before weekend ? omg

steam got this nice feature of loosing connection when i get high kill/death ratio. it dc me like 5 times already jsut when i get more than 3.00 KD it may be just a coincidence, maybe when steam connection is failing, my gameplay is getting better ? not sure whats going on but at first i kinda like steam, compared to xfire they have nice feature, its smooth and well designed, but just the fact that to play the game u have to connect to a third party organisation is lame, it just add to the possibility of having a bad gaming experience, unlike cod4. this game couldnt have been fun and nice without the steam obligation, without all the flaws, and all the bugs. and yea the chat/talk system is messed up also, when u dont know if people can hear you, u dont even want to start talking. for my part i dont see any chat icon when i press my talk button, so i have no idea if people can hear me, and as nobody answer you, because of the same reason, well it makes it useless and i also think this game was designed with 'console' in mind, with the terribad spawning system, the unbalanced weapons, the mouse smoothing, the 'no-quickscoping for snipers', they removed everything i loved in cod4. a few years ago when cod4 was out i could run, rush with only a sniper on any maps, here in BO, its kinda useless loading the sniper takes so many times, its useless, as u get killed in a quarter second by an enemy spawning behind your ass. the good part is all the customization, all the killstreak stuffs are fun, but it kill what should have been a great game. now the game IS still FUN most of the time, but i think modders will have hard time fixing all those bad decisions devs make. i think cod4 is still the best cod with cod2, oh yea i think i will reinstall cod2

dont forget that latest games run a lot on cpu ur system got to be 'balanced' for optimum 'enjoyability' black ops is a good example of this, people with high end cards but midrange or low cpus dont have more fps than someone with a good cpu and middle range card.

game crash for me too since like 2 days ago before that , no crash at all and everything run smooth i get 125fps at 1920 / 1200 resolution, even when recording video, i dont feel any lag. but now it crash on me like every 2 maps or something people seems like they can see me before i can. but it was also the case in waw. cod4 dont have this problem. there is something 3arc dont do the right way about the anti-lag ping system. but thats not the first problem to fix, and i doubt they will fix this anyway, since nobody seems to realize this problem exist and nobody talks about it now when game crash it open error message in BO console, but there is no way for me to read it as i have to cntrl alt del and if i try to open the console it brings me back to the black screen of death of the game. the only thing i can do is to close the game process. another problem is mouse smoothing. this is more annoying than all the crashes. its happening when u aim and try to follow ur target. it kinda block ur mouse movement, make it harder to follow ur target in movement. vsync off kinda helps but its not enough for my taste.

devs said they will add /connect cmd in next patch. and btw next patch is already it testing, so it should come fast.

well if u have plenty of plugged usb , just remove everything except mouse and keyboard and try even a webcam can screw ur mouse connection
