  1. AS many people know, my name is a poke at a friend who is a HUGE Star Wars fan. So Darth is a kick in the shin to him. His favorite song is by the B-52's Lock Robster
  2. Always great to see Ozzy. I was at Ozzfest Dallas in 2002 (and as Black Sabbath in 1979). A friend of mine works at Smirnoff Center and told drummer Wuv Bernardo (of POD) that I write for a music magazine and was a fan of his. Got to go back stage and meet POD, System of a Down, and Chris Cornell but sadly didn't get to met Ozzy.
  3. Condolences for you and family. You have many friends to lean on here.
  4. Is it a new install? or reinstall? You'll have to uninstall/delete all WaW stuff. Then run a registry cleaner on your system. Now you should get a good install. If it fails send me your computer and buy a new one. You've been wanting a new one!!! (Jedi mind trick)
  5. I forgot.........../+activate
  6. I see a shotty tourney with what as a prize?
  7. Once a config is loaded your stuck with it until you restart. "...make sure you add /r_lodscaleskinned 4 /r_lodscalerigid 4 to console in first game" Type ~/r_lodscaleskinned 4 then /r_lodscalerigid 4 My opinion: You should open your config side by side the one you want to compare to and go line by line. Your system is different than his. IE, His bannersize may not show correctly on your screen so you have to change a few lines, play, rinse and repeat. This way you only have a few lines to "repair" if needed. Scriptmods on the fly? Why? bind INS "openscriptmenu quickpromod assault" bind DEL "openscriptmenu quickpromod demolitions" bind PGUP "openscriptmenu quickpromod sniper" bind HOME "openscriptmenu quickpromod specops" Thanks for posting your config.
  8. lmao
  9. No problems here on Server 1 or 2.
  10. Look for CDRoller. You can undelete with it. After you get set up again find a program that will syncronize your game folder to another place automatically. I have mine set to copy to a USB drive hooked to the back of my computer.
  11. It's caused by your internet connection. There is no real fix. Everyone gets it.
  12. Welcome!!!

  15. They don't sell CPU's at the hospital danko
  16. After reading Danko's thread on wiping a hard drive I've decided to compile a list of FREE programs that I use a lot. Some are for fun others are for computer maintenance type stuff. I didn't include basic stuff like anti-malware, firewalls or browsers. I feel those are well known enough. EASEUS Todo Backup 1.1 ........Back up your stuff to disk Gimp...........................Photo and graphic editor Audacity.......................Music manipualtor (make your own ringtones) Defraggler....................Defrag your HD faster than Windows version. Gaparted......................graphically make disk partitions and format conversion YouTube Downloader............downloads video off internet notepad++.....................notepad with many features for programmers but still easy to use Super Fdisk...................Startup floppy or cd jdirprint.....................lists all files in a directory or HD (I use it to catalog my 200gig MP3 collection) CDRoller......................undelete files EAC...........................exact audio copy (with LAME) rip the best possible music off a cd and convert to MP3 or other format Killdisk......................truely erases entire HD Iso-Burner....................burn an ISO in a couple clicks very fast If you have other recommendations please let me know.
  17. Jeez Danko!!! green peddles!!! Get a life dude!
  18. My two rides.
  19. Boy that Yoda sure does babble on. Be sure you have your firewall, anti-malware etc. on hand before you start. And look at a backup program so you can get a backup while it's still a CLEAN install.
  20. FIRST!!! create a new folder on your desktop. This will be used to get your files in one easy to find location. get the XI downloader to back up CoD game profiles. Others , you'll have to google where to find them. Be sure to save custom maps if needed. Put them all in your new folder. As for pix, shouldn't be any reason to have any format other than jpg unless you have need for others (gif, targa, iff). Use windows search for "JPG" then "pgp" (Start/search/pictues, music, videos). Click the check boxes you need and search. When the results window pops up press ctrl-a to select all, r-click and drag them to your new folder. Might take a while depending on your system. On second thought, you might want to save animated gifs also, so do a search for "gif" and repeat. Also look thru them and delete Windows installed pix or incriminating evidence such as Mals boobs. Search for music or custom sounds (wav, mp3, ogg, flac). Repeat. Look at the properties of your new folder for the size. If it's greater than 600mb then divide the files into two or more folders of less than 600mb (cd size is 650, 50mb is a safety factor). Now burn everything to disk. When you set up your new system, I suggest a separate drive or partition to keep all pix or profile backups safe. It also makes it easier to redo next time. While not needed, I always run KillDisk on my drives before a reinstall. It overwrites the whole disk. I have seen Windows NOT reinstall but meerly "undelete" the previous Windows files. I use Gparted to partition my drives. Both KillDisk and GParted have free versions and can be found at majorgeek, filehippo or any of the other free sites. Gparted is Linux based but is straightforward and easy to use. Good luck!!
